The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
The is responsible for regulating care for both the NHS and Independent Health Care providers. Manchester Surgical Services is a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission which means that we have met the rigorous essential standards of quality and safety and are therefore licensed to provide services.
Our services are underpinned by NHS indemnity. We are a member of the NHS Litigation Authority Scheme for Independent Providers.
Our last inspection showed there were systems in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people using the service.
Following our most recent CQC inspection we received a GOOD rating in March 2017.
